Terms And Conditions

These Terms and Conditions, together with any other written information we brought to your attention during the process of confirming your booking, apply to your booking with Benz Travels (PVT) Ltd, Trading as Pepmytrip. The Company acts as agent to licensees of the Civil Aviation Authority under the terms of the Air travel Organizers License (CAA SRI LANKA) number 837-A and is thereby bonded with major insurance companies to protect your interests. All travel arrangements made by on behalf of Benz Travels (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) registered in Sri Lanka No. W/A 90168 and business office at 11/1 33rd lane, Colombo 06, Sri Lanka. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully prior to utilizing Pepmytrip website and making any bookings. You consent to the Terms and Conditions when you use the site, without qualification. If you do not agree with any portion of the Terms and Conditions, you cannot utilize the website in any method or make a booking.

Contract

When making your reservation we, as a representative, would organize it for you to come into an agreement with the principal(s) or other supplier(s) such as tour operator / airline / cruise firm / lodging firm etc. as mentioned on your receipt(s). We could reserve you a holiday deal, in which instance you would hold one agreement with the principal, or we could reserve the services that make up your trip with various principals or suppliers, in which instance you would have different agreements with every one of them.

As a representative, we take no accountability for the actions or cuts of the principal(s) or supplier(s) or for the services offered by them. The principal’s(s’) or supplier’s(s’) Terms & Conditions would relate to your reservation and we suggest that you read them cautiously as they do hold significant details about your reservations. Kindly request for copies of these if you do not possess them.

Booking Your Travel Arrangements

All services offered are subject to availability. When you make a booking, you confirm that you have the authority to accept, and do accept these conditions on your behalf and on behalf of all members of your party and further, if you are making a booking for more than one person, that you are responsible for all payments due from each and every party member for whom you are making a booking. It is your responsibility to ensure that any information which you give us is accurate and that information which is given to you by us or any of our suppliers is passed on to all members of your party.

When you make your booking you must pay the relevant deposit as specified at the time of booking. No contract will come into existence until we accept your booking and we receive your deposit or full payment in cleared funds and issue you with a confirmation invoice either on behalf of ourselves or the supplier in question. Please ensure that the names given are the same as in the relevant passport.

Bookings made online: If you book online, you must provide us with all the information which we require. Online bookings are processed automatically and it is your responsibility to ensure that all the information you provide including but not limited to the travel details is accurate and correctly entered online; that you make the right selection of flights, hotels, or any other arrangement you book with us; that passenger information is entered as it appears on the passport. We hold no responsibility for any discrepancy whatsoever in the information that you provide or the way it is entered online. You agree that any such discrepancy/error while entering the information or while selecting the arrangements may lead to additional costs which will be borne by you. You must also ensure that the credit or debit card you are using is your own (or, subject to our acceptance, if it is a third party's you have their express authorization, to use their credit or debit card) and that sufficient funds are available to cover the cost of the arrangements which you book with us. When we receive and accept your booking we will process it (subject to availability) and debit payment from you. A confirmation e-mail and invoice will be sent to you. We do not make any representation or warranty as to the availability of any package holiday, flight or Individual Components after you have submitted your booking request nor that our booking services are free from infection of viruses or anything else that has a contaminating or destructive effect on your property.

Bookings made by telephone: If you make a booking by telephone you must provide us with all the information which we require. You must also ensure that all information which you provide is accurate and that passenger information is provided as it appears on the passport. You must also ensure that the credit or debit card you are using is your own or, subject to our acceptance, if it is a third party's you have their express authorization to use their credit or debit card and that sufficient funds are available to cover the cost of the arrangements which you book with us. Please note that a telephone booking confirmation is as firmly confirmed as if it were made/confirmed in writing immediately. We do not make any representation or warranty as to the availability of any package holiday, flight or Individual Components until you make the payment and the same is confirmed. If we accept your booking we will process it (subject to availability) and debit payment from you. From this point cancellation charges will apply. We will send you a confirmation and/or e-ticket and invoice. As soon as you receive the confirmation and/or e-ticket and invoice, please check the details carefully and inform us immediately if anything appears to be incorrect as it may not be possible to make changes later. Any changes to the booking after it has been made will attract additional cost payable by you including charges of the suppliers as well as administration fee as applicable.

The free baggage allowance offered to the passenger differs based on the route, class/cabin seating and as per the norms of the Individual airline. Airlines might charge an extra fee for checked-in baggage, additional baggage or other voluntary services. Please contact the airlines straight for the most current updates concerning the baggage payment, weight and sizes of the bags.

Passengers need to be at the airport 3 hours prior to the departure as tickets could not be refunded or changed because of a no show at the airport.

Passengers are held accountable for all their travel documentation plus visas. Visas might be needed for the whole journey both for the destination and/or transit. Visas need to be acquired prior to the ticket been issued.

Price Of Travel Booking

Price quotations are based on prevailing cost at the date of booking. Company has the liberty to change the prices at any time prior to the booking being confirmed. Once the booking has been confirmed you have to pay the balance. Company guaranteed the quoted price. Company cannot accept responsibility of verbal price quotations or descriptions. And Company has the authority to refuse any sole discretion bookings. When you make a booking you have the authority to accept. If you are booking more than one person, you are the responsible for complete payment from each and every member, whom you are making the booking on behalf of all members of your party and further.

Price Policy

The price of your booking is based on well-known costs and exchange rate at the time of booking. Price of your travel agreements are subject to surcharges and increases in transportation costs, scheduled airfares and any other airline surcharges due to part of the contract between airlines and Benz Travels. Any Government action such as increasing VAT or any other Government imposed increases and currency exchange variation also reflect on the price of your booking.

Applicable Law

Your contract with the company agreeable conditions are governed and construed in accordance of Sri Lankan Law. Each party submits the authority of Sri Lankan courts to settle any claim or any matter rising under this contract nevertheless you wish to submit the matter to adjudicate under the scheme referred to in clause.

Payments

You must pay the balance by the due date shown on the confirmation invoice. Please note for some telephone bookings full payment may be required IMMEDIATELY i.e. before you receive the confirmation invoice. If this applies you will be advised when the booking is made. It is very important that you pay balances when due because failure to do so may lead to the cancellation of your holiday/flights and still leave you liable to pay cancellation charges. Where an extra "booking charge" applies this will have been advised at the time of booking. All card payments are subject to a surcharge. All cheque payments require some days to clear. Until full payment has been received the price of your booking may increase as a result of fuel or other surcharges which may be imposed by suppliers.

Data Protection Policy

In order to process your booking and to ensure that your travel arrangements run smoothly and meet your requirements, we need to use the information you provide. Please see our Data Protection and Privacy Policy for further information.

Passport, Visa And Health Requirements

You are responsible for checking all passport, visa and health requirements and ensuring your travel documents are in order.

Passport and Visa: You must consult the relevant Embassy or Consulate for this information. Requirements may change and you should check the up-to-date position in good time before booking/departure. We accept no liability if you are refused entry onto the flight or into any country due to failure on your part to carry the correct passport, visa or other documents required by any airline, authority or country. You must have a passport which is valid for six months after your intended date of return. You must ensure you have correct visa and health entry requirements for all countries visited including countries you may just be transiting through. This includes all stops made by the aircraft even if you do not leave the aircraft or airport. If your passport is in its final year, you should check with the Embassy of the country you are visiting. For further information contact the Passport Office. Special conditions apply for travel to the USA, and all passengers must have individual machine readable passports.

Special Requests And Medical Problems

If you have any special requests, please advise us at time of booking. Although we will endeavor to pass any such requests on to the relevant supplier, we regret we cannot guarantee any request will be met. Failure to meet any special request will not be a breach of contract on our part. If you have any medical problem or disability which may affect your arrangements, you must advise us in writing before of booking giving full details. Regrettably, many overseas destinations do not have even basic facilities required by disabled travellers. If we feel unable to properly accommodate your particular needs, we must reserve the right to decline/cancel your booking, and charge any applicable cancellation charges.

Though Pepmytrip can provide general health recommendation and formalities involved in your booking, it is your responsibility to check with your own doctor for your specific circumstances. Proposed vaccinations for travel might alter at any time. It is your duty to make sure that you get all the needed vaccinations, take all needed medication and follow all medical guidance in connection. 

If you have any special requests, please advise us at time of booking. Behavior

You accept responsibility to ensure that you & the members of your party do not behave in a way which causes offence to others or risks any loss or damage to property belonging to others. Payments for any such damage or loss must be made at the time direct to the accommodation owner or manager or other supplier. You indemnify us against any claims (including legal costs) subsequently made against us as a result of your actions. We expect all clients to have consideration for other people. If in our reasonable opinion or in the opinion of any other persons in authority you are behaving in such a way to cause or to be likely to cause distress, danger or annoyance to any third party or damage to property, we reserve the right to terminate your arrangements without notice. In this situation your total booking with us, including your return transportation arrangements, will immediately cease and we will not be responsible for paying any costs, expenses, refunds or compensation.

Compliance With Laws

It is also your responsibility to comply with the laws, customs, foreign exchange and the drug regulations of the countries visited. We and/or our representatives reserve the right to cancel your holiday at any time if in our reasonable opinion you are found to be behaving in a socially unacceptable manner or indulging in illegal activities, without any liability to you for any refund and legal claim.

Force Majeure

We will not pay you compensation and will not be held responsible, if we have to cancel or change your travel arrangements in any way because of unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. These can include war or threat of war, civil strife, industrial dispute including air traffic control disputes, terrorist activity and its consequences, natural and nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions, epidemics & pandemics, unavoidable technical problems with transport, closure or congestion of airports or ports and all similar events outside our or the supplier(s) concern’s control. Advice from the Foreign Office to avoid or leave a particular country may constitute Force Majeure.

Telephone Calls

We reserve the right to randomly record telephone calls to ensure that our customer service is constantly reviewed.

Insurance

We firmly suggest that you take out sufficient travel insurance in order to cover you and your party as many of the principals or suppliers require you to do so as a condition of booking with them. Certain destinations have made taking out a travel Insurance compulsory, hence we would suggest you to check with the relevant embassy. These insurance cover may cover you and your party against the cost of cancellation by you; the cost of assistance (including repatriation) in the event of accident or illness; loss of baggage and money; and other expenses. Insurance cover are also available to cover you against the financial failure of the principal(s)/ suppliers(s) of your travel arrangements. 

If the insurance is provided by us, please check it carefully to ensure that all the details are correct and that all relevant information has been provided by you. Failing to do so may affect the insurance cover. 

Conditions Of Suppliers

Many of the services which make up your holiday are provided by independent suppliers. Those suppliers provide these services in accordance with their own terms and conditions which will form part of your contract with us or the applicable supplier. Some of these terms and conditions may limit or exclude the supplier's liability to you, usually in accordance with applicable International Conventions. Copies of the relevant parts of these terms and conditions are available on request from ourselves or the supplier concerned. 

Claims And Complaints

Where we are acting as agent, the contract for your arrangements is between you and the supplier and any queries or concerns should be addressed to them. If you have a problem whilst on holiday, this must be reported to the supplier or their local supplier or agent immediately. If you fail to follow this procedure there will be less opportunity to investigate and rectify your complaint. The amount of compensation you may be entitled to may be reduced or you may not receive any at all depending upon the circumstances.

If you wish to complain when you return home, write to the supplier. You will see the name and address plus contact details in any confirmation documents we send you. We will of course assist you with this if you wish - please contact Customer Services.

Where you have booked a package holiday with us, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. your hotelier) immediately and contacting us on the numbers listed on our website. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to our Customer Services Department giving your booking reference and all other relevant information. It is strongly recommended that you communicate any complaint to the supplier of the services in question without delay and complete a report form whilst in resort. If you fail to follow this simple procedure we will have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate and rectify your complaint whilst you were in resort and this may affect your rights under this contract.

Flight Changes/Delay

We will not accept liability, or pay compensation for flight delays. The airline will attempt to assist by allocating your seats on the next available flight. If necessary providing overnight accommodation in agreement of carriage. Please prefer your insurance policy for travel delay compensation. It is your responsibility to reconfirm the flights timing and departure terminals at least 72 hours before departure.

Should your flight be cancelled your rights and remedies will be governed by the airline's conditions of carriage. As a result you may be entitled to: (a) Carriage on another flight with the same airline without additional costs; (b) Re-routing to your destination with another carrier without additional costs; (c) Receiving a full refund; or (d) Some other right or remedy.

Should a schedule change occur to your itinerary after full balance/ticket issue, on either the outbound or return flights the relevant supplier’s decision will be final or amendment charges may apply.

Cancellations

  • By the Company
  • Company has the rights to cancel your travel arrangements and will return total money that you have pay or will offer alternative available travel arrangements. (Provide for comparable cost) 

    Please note that the company will not take the responsible for any major financial loss or incidental outflow and will not be able to compensate you if the cancellation is as a direct result of circumstance mentioned under “Force Majeure”. If your behavior cause to suffering, danger, damage or annoyance to any of Company’s customers, employees or any other third party Company have the rights to terminate your travel arrangements without notice. If you are prevented from travelling in opinion of a person in authority you seems to be unfit to travel or causes to discomfort to other passengers; it is our responsibility to ceases your travel arrangements. Company not takes the responsibility for the behavior of other persons travelling or staying with you.

  •  By you
  • If any negotiations have entered or cancel behalf of your side, you have to pay the cancellation fees.

    Where the cost of your trip is amendable, and the company considers it suitable for refund in exceptional arrangement, you will reflect the due amount of net cost of the booking arrangement to the company. In case when you inform at the time of booking that flight(s) your arrangements on non-refundable basis (Instant Purchase Fares) these cancellation ability will not apply in the event that you do cancel. And it will apply for 100% of cancellation charges. 

    All cancellation must be written notification and refund payable will be subject to return of all tickets and vouchers. 

    If you decide to cancel or shorten your stay during your trip, company will only return your refund money (if any) returned from the HOTEL IN question. In this condition a minimum charge of LKR 5000 will be made to cover our administration cost. Insurance premiums, car rental and air tickets are non-refundable. 

    To avoid incur company strongly recommends you to take out insurance to cover against deposits losses or cancellation fees.

Flights And FLight Travel Documents

Please note that a flight described in your flight ticket as "direct" will not necessarily be non-stop. All departure/arrival times on your flight ticket are provided by the airlines concerned and are estimates only. They may change due to air traffic control restrictions, weather conditions, operational/maintenance requirements and the requirement for passengers to check in on time.

We are unable to make any special arrangements for you if you are delayed; these matters are at the sole discretion of the airline concerned. In relation to flights, an infant must be under 2 years of age on the date of their return flight to be entitled to the infant fare level which is usually 10% of IATA's published fare.

Please note that where a sector of a flight itinerary is not utilized without contacting the carrier directly any remaining sectors may be subject to cancellation without further notification. Where this situation arises we are unable to accept responsibility for any costs incurred.

Travel Documents Checking And Dispatch

Travel documents will be sent by email. It is your responsibility to check that all travel documents issued are correct. Any inaccuracies must be notified to us immediately. If you do not contact us immediately we cannot accept any liability and any changes may incur additional cost as applicable. Travel documents will not be sent until we receive the full payment in the cleared funds. Sending travel documents by post is subject to company's discretion and will involve additional cost. In the event of travel document lost or delayed in delivery, it will be your responsibility to pay additional expenses incurred by us to arrange and send duplicate travel documents. Late Bookings May also require Special/Courier delivery of documents in which case we will tell you the charges at the time of booking.

Reconfirming All Flights

You must telephone us or the airline at least 72 hours before the departure time shown on your ticket to confirm that there have been no changes. This applies to both outbound and return flights. We will not be liable for any additional costs due to your failure to reconfirm flights. Reconfirming your flight at least 72 hours before departure is a minimum requirement.

Booking Changes & Cancellation Policy

If, after a confirmation email/invoice has been issued, you wish to change your holiday arrangements / Flight reservation, we will do our utmost to assist you, however 98% suppliers particularly airlines, do not allow changes and tickets are strictly non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable.

If full payment has already been received amendments may not be permitted in the airline policy, under these circumstances, amendments can be treated as cancellations and the cancellation charges detailed below will apply. However, generally cancellations are entirely non-refundable (unless specified).

Please note that most suppliers, in particular airlines do not allow a name change / date change or any changes and may consider this as a cancellation with a 100% cancellation charge

However if there are any changes/amendments on bookings please contact us on the same day before GMT 5.30pm / 11.00pm SLST for FREE OF CHARGE

  1. CHANGES BEFORE TICKET ISSUANCE
  2. Reservations are entirely non-changeable, non-transferable and non-refundable, unless specified. However; Changes before ticket issuance are regulated both in accordance with airline policy and company policy and should be discussed with the concerned agent as rules may vary depending on carrier/supplier. Changes cannot be guaranteed and will depend on availability of seats/fares and classes. Also, Changes incur cost differences / penalty. 

    Once a change is requested by the traveller, any previous/existing reservation and fares are dissolved to make changes and therefore, if a traveller chooses to retreat, it is not possible to offer the same previous fare again, or older/previous reservation or seats on previously given/reserved date. Hence in that case, any fare difference, charges or penalty will apply accordingly to return to reservation on original data. In cases where the difference is not paid or agreed by the traveller; yet the change has been ordered, the reservation will be treated as cancelation by traveller and cancellation charges will be payable/deducted.

  3. CHANGES AFTER TICKET ISSUANCE
  4. Once the Tickets are issued, all tickets are strictly Non-refundable, Non-changeable and Non-transferable under any circumstances (unless specified).

    Where any bookings cancelled by Traveller before departure or on request of traveller on late / no show etc, Cancellation charges are dependent on the supplier’s terms and conditions. These charges vary according to each supplier. If it’s a no show most of the reservations considered as fully non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable.

    If passengers do not travel on booked dates, AIRLINE NO SHOW charges apply. Special fares are subject to penalties or non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Refunds requests has to be submitted through email:[email protected] for any payments made online, depending on the cancellation policy your amount will be refunded. The Amount will be refunded to the Credit Card which was used at the time of online purchase. 

Please note applicable charges will be deducted and refunded. All refunds shall be processed as per the mode of payment made. In the case of airline ticket refunds this is normally 2 to 3 weeks from the point your cancellation request is submitted for consideration to the airline.

Please note that banks normally take up to 15-20 working days to process and transfer the funds into your account. Pepmytrip has no influence over these timescales.

These booking terms and conditions govern all bookings that you make with Pepmytrip of 12B, High Street, Cranford, Middlesex TW5 9RG.

In these booking conditions references to "we" and "us" indicate pepmytrip (the Company) and references to "you" and "your" include the first named person on the booking and all persons on whose behalf a booking is made or any other person to whom a booking is added or transferred. We act in the following capacities: Flight Only & Flight-Plus Arranger, and as an agent to help you to arrange individual flight only, accommodation only or other separate travel arrangements ("Individual Components"). Our obligations to you may vary depending upon which arrangements you book with us, and we have tried to set them out below as clearly as possible.

Quotes, Rates and Price Variations: Our quotation depends upon the supplier. It is not uncommon for suppliers (e.g. Consolidators, Low Cost Airlines and Hotels) to sell out, alter or withdraw prices including advertised special rates. If prices, rates or inclusions vary from your quotation or from an advertised price, we will advise you of any change prior to your transaction being processed. If you do not wish to proceed with the booking at the new price, you may cancel the booking request at no cost to you. Once your booking has been confirmed and payment received, any new specials released cannot be applied to existing bookings. Prior to full and final payment being received, we reserve the right to vary prices and rates in the event of changes in exchange rates or price rises made by wholesalers or other suppliers. If the cost of any service increases due to exchange rate fluctuations, price increases, tax changes or any other reason, you are required to pay the increase when notified by us or you may cancel the booking. We are not liable in any way if any increase occurs due to exchange rate fluctuations, taxes or supplier notifications. Rates quoted are appropriate to the particular product at the time of quoting and these rates may change prior to the travel date. All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.

Passengers are held accountable for all their travel documentation plus visas. Visas might be needed for the whole journey both for the destination and/or transit. Visas need to be acquired prior to the ticket been issued.

PAYMENTS

You must pay the balance by the due date shown on the confirmation invoice. Please note for some telephone bookings full payment may be required IMMEDIATELY i.e. before you receive the confirmation invoice. If this applies you will be advised when the booking is made. It is very important that you pay balances when due because failure to do so may lead to the cancellation of your holiday/flights and still leave you liable to pay cancellation charges. Where an extra "booking charge" applies this will have been advised at the time of booking. All card payments are subject to a surcharge. All cheque payments require some days to clear. Until full payment has been received the price of your booking may increase as a result of fuel or other surcharges which may be imposed by suppliers. Payment methods other than those stated on the Site will not be accepted and no responsibility is accepted for cash or cheques sent through the post. Before payment is received in full, Pepmytrip is not obliged to issue any tickets, confirmations, vouchers, or other travel documents. However, you shall in all cases remain liable for payment of the amounts agreed for the travel products and services ordered. Payment can be made by all major debit and credit cards as detailed on the Site. Pepmytrip reserves the right to charge you in addition for any handling fees we incur in relation to bookings made by credit card. You will be notified of the relevant charges at the time of booking. If your booking is being paid for with a third party credit card we may require written authorization to be provided by the card-holder.

Pepmytrip reserves the right only to deliver e-tickets, confirmations, e-vouchers or other travel documents to your debit card or credit card billing address or email address when requested to do so by the debit or credit card issuer. All email addresses used must be valid at the time of booking.

Bookings where payment made by credit card are liable for the following surcharges: 2% on Visa & Master Card, 3% on American Express and Diner's Club. Further, in an effort to minimize the effects of credit card fraud, we reserve the right to carry out random checks, including checks of the electoral roll, and may request you to either fax or post to us proof of your address and a copy of the credit card and recent statement before issuing any tickets. Please be aware that these checks are only carried out during our standard business hours. As a result, any tickets for bookings made outside of our business hours may not be issued until the next working day.

Refunds will be processed to the form of payment used at the time of booking. This will be made payable to the person who made the original payment. When processing a refund for a flight ticket, please be aware that not all taxes are refundable. A tax refund will be processed in accordance with the relevant airline's refund policy.

In order to process your booking and to ensure that your travel arrangements run smoothly and meet your requirements, we need to use the information you provide. Please see our Data Protection and Privacy Policy for further information.

PASSPORTS, VISA AND HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

You are responsible for checking all passport, visa and health requirements and ensuring your travel documents are in order.

Passport and Visa: You must consult the relevant Embassy or Consulate for this information. Requirements may change and you should check the up-to-date position in good time before booking/departure. We accept no liability if you are refused entry onto the flight or into any country due to failure on your part to carry the correct passport, visa or other documents required by any airline, authority or country. You must have a passport which is valid for six months after your intended date of return. You must ensure you have correct visa and health entry requirements for all countries visited including countries you may just be transiting through. This includes all stops made by the aircraft even if you do not leave the aircraft or airport. If your passport is in its final year, you should check with the Embassy of the country you are visiting. For further information contact the Passport Office. Special conditions apply for travel to the USA, and all passengers must have individual machine readable passports. Please check www.uk.usembassy.gov. For European holidays you should obtain a completed and issued form EHIC prior to departure.

SPECIAL REQUESTS AND MEDICAL PROBLEMS

If you have any special requests, please advise us at time of booking. Although we will endeavor to pass any such requests on to the relevant supplier, we regret we cannot guarantee any request will be met. Failure to meet any special request will not be a breach of contract on our part. If you have any medical problem or disability which may affect your arrangements, you must advise us in writing before of booking giving full details. Regrettably, many overseas destinations do not have even basic facilities required by disabled travellers. If we feel unable to properly accommodate your particular needs, we must reserve the right to decline/cancel your booking, and charge any applicable cancellation charges.

Though Pepmytrip can provide general health recommendation and formalities involved in your booking, it is your responsibility to check with your own doctor for your specific circumstances.

Proposed vaccinations for travel might alter at any time. It is your duty to make sure that you get all the needed vaccinations, take all needed medication and follow all medical guidance in connection.

BEHAVIOR

You accept responsibility to ensure that you & the members of your party do not behave in a way which causes offence to others or risks any loss or damage to property belonging to others. Payments for any such damage or loss must be made at the time direct to the accommodation owner or manager or other supplier. You indemnify us against any claims (including legal costs) subsequently made against us as a result of your actions. We expect all clients to have consideration for other people. If in our reasonable opinion or in the opinion of any other persons in authority you are behaving in such a way to cause or to be likely to cause distress, danger or annoyance to any third party or damage to property, we reserve the right to terminate your arrangements without notice. In this situation your total booking with us, including your return transportation arrangements, will immediately cease and we will not be responsible for paying any costs, expenses, refunds or compensation.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

It is also your responsibility to comply with the laws, customs, foreign exchange and the drug regulations of the countries visited. We and/or our representatives reserve the right to cancel your holiday at any time if in our reasonable opinion you are found to be behaving in a socially unacceptable manner or indulging in illegal activities, without any liability to you for any refund and legal claim.

FORCE MAJEURE

We will not pay you compensation and will not be held responsible, if we have to cancel or change your travel arrangements in any way because of unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. These can include war or threat of war, civil strife, industrial dispute including air traffic control disputes, terrorist activity and its consequences, natural and nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions, epidemics & pandemics, unavoidable technical problems with transport, closure or congestion of airports or ports and all similar events outside our or the supplier(s) concern’s control. Advice from the Foreign Office to avoid or leave a particular country may constitute Force Majeure.

YOUR FINANCIAL PROTECTION

We provide financial security for flight inclusive Packages, Flight Plus bookings and ATOL protected flights through our ATOL License number 10758 issued by the Civil Aviation Authority.

If you have booked a flight where the ticket is not issued immediately, your flight will be protected under our ATOL. When you buy an ATOL protected flights or flight inclusive holiday from us you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This lists what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you and who to contact if things go wrong. For further information, visit the ATOL website at www.atol.org.uk. The price of our flight inclusive arrangements includes the amount of £2.50 per person as part of the ATOL Protection Contribution (APC) we pay to the CAA. This charge is included in our advertised prices. Not all holiday or travel services offered and sold by us will be protected by the ATOL Scheme. ATOL protection extends primarily to Customers who book and pay in the United Kingdom.

We, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL Certificate, will provide you with the services listed on the ATOL Certificate (or a suitable alternative). In some cases, where neither we nor the supplier are able to do so for reasons of insolvency, an alternative ATOL holder may provide you with the services you have bought (at no extra cost to you). You agree to accept that in those circumstances the alternative ATOL holder will perform those obligations and you agree to pay any money outstanding to be paid by you under your contract to that alternative ATOL holder. However, you also agree that in some cases it will not be possible to appoint an alternative ATOL holder, in which case you will be entitled to make a claim under the ATOL Scheme (or your credit card issuer where applicable).

If we, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL certificate, are unable to provide the services listed (or a suitable alternative, through an alternative ATOL holder or otherwise) for reasons of insolvency, the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust may make a payment to (or confer a benefit on) you under the ATOL scheme. You agree that in return for such a payment or benefit you assign absolutely to those Trustees any claims which you have or may have arising out of or relating to the non-provision of the services, including any claim against us, the travel agent (or your credit card issuer where applicable). You also agree that any such claims may be re-assigned to another body, if that other body has paid sums you have claimed under the ATOL scheme.

If you book arrangements other than an ATOL protected flight, package holiday or Flight-Plus from this brochure/website, your monies will not be financially protected. Please ask us for further details.

INSURANCE

We firmly suggest that you take out sufficient travel insurance in order to cover you and your party as many of the principals or suppliers require you to do so as a condition of booking with them. Certain destinations have made taking out a travel Insurance compulsory, hence we would suggest you to check with the relevant embassy. These insurance cover may cover you and your party against the cost of cancellation by you; the cost of assistance (including repatriation) in the event of accident or illness; loss of baggage and money; and other expenses. Insurance cover are also available to cover you against the financial failure of the principal(s)/ suppliers(s) of your travel arrangements.

If the insurance is provided by us, please check it carefully to ensure that all the details are correct and that all relevant information has been provided by you. Failing to do so may affect the insurance cover.

TELEPHONE CALLS

We reserve the right to randomly record telephone calls to ensure that our customer service is constantly reviewed.

CLAIMS AND COMPLAINTS

Where we are acting as agent, the contract for your arrangements is between you and the supplier and any queries or concerns should be addressed to them. If you have a problem whilst on holiday, this must be reported to the supplier or their local supplier or agent immediately. If you fail to follow this procedure there will be less opportunity to investigate and rectify your complaint. The amount of compensation you may be entitled to may be reduced or you may not receive any at all depending upon the circumstances.

If you wish to complain when you return home, write to the supplier. You will see the name and address plus contact details in any confirmation documents we send you. We will of course assist you with this if you wish - please contact Customer Services.

Where you have booked a package holiday with us, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. your hotelier) immediately and contacting us on the numbers listed on our website. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to our Customer Services Department giving your booking reference and all other relevant information. It is strongly recommended that you communicate any complaint to the supplier of the services in question without delay and complete a report form whilst in resort. If you fail to follow this simple procedure we will have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate and rectify your complaint whilst you were in resort and this may affect your rights under this contract.

CONDITIONS OF SUPPLIERS

Many of the services which make up your holiday are provided by independent suppliers. Those suppliers provide these services in accordance with their own terms and conditions which will form part of your contract with us or the applicable supplier. Some of these terms and conditions may limit or exclude the supplier's liability to you, usually in accordance with applicable International Conventions. Copies of the relevant parts of these terms and conditions are available on request from ourselves or the supplier concerned.

FLIGHT CHANGES/DELAY

We will not accept liability, or pay compensation for flight delays. The airline will attempt to assist by allocating your seats on the next available flight. If necessary providing overnight accommodation in agreement of carriage. Please prefer your insurance policy for travel delay compensation. It is your responsibility to reconfirm the flights timing and departure terminals at least 72 hours before departure.

Should your flight be cancelled your rights and remedies will be governed by the airline's conditions of carriage. As a result you may be entitled to: (a) Carriage on another flight with the same airline without additional costs; (b) Re-routing to your destination with another carrier without additional costs; (c) Receiving a full refund; or (d) Some other right or remedy.

If a schedule change occurs to your itinerary prior to our receipt from you of the full price, or prior to the issue of your tickets on either the outbound or return flight we will do our best to notify you on behalf of the carrier.

Should a schedule change occur to your itinerary after full balance/ticket issue, on either the outbound or return flights the relevant supplier’s decision will be final or amendment charges may apply.

CANCELLATIONS

(i)  By the Company Company has the rights to cancel your travel arrangements and will return total money that you have pay or will offer alternative available travel arrangements. (Provide for comparable cost)

Please note that the company will not take the responsible for any major financial loss or incidental outflow and will not be able to compensate you if the cancellation is as a direct result of circumstance mentioned under “Force Majeure”. If your behavior cause to suffering, danger, damage or annoyance to any of Company’s customers, employees or any other third party Company have the rights to terminate your travel arrangements without notice. If you are prevented from travelling in opinion of a person in authority you seems to be unfit to travel or causes to discomfort to other passengers; it is our responsibility to ceases your travel arrangements. Company not takes the responsibility for the behavior of other persons travelling or staying with you.

(ii)  By you If any negotiations have entered or cancel behalf of your side, you have to pay the cancellation fees.

Where the cost of your trip is amendable, and the company considers it suitable for refund in exceptional arrangement, you will reflect the due amount of net cost of the booking arrangement to the company. In case when you inform at the time of booking that flight(s) your arrangements on non-refundable basis (Instant Purchase Fares) these cancellation ability will not apply in the event that you do cancel. And it will apply for 100% of cancellation charges.

All cancellation must be written notification and refund payable will be subject to return of all tickets and vouchers. Insurance premiums, car rental and air tickets are non-refundable.

To avoid incur company strongly recommends you to take out insurance to cover against deposits losses or cancellation fees.

FLIGHTS AND FLIGHT TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Please note that a flight described in your flight ticket as "direct" will not necessarily be non-stop. All departure/arrival times on your flight ticket are provided by the airlines concerned and are estimates only. They may change due to air traffic control restrictions, weather conditions, operational/maintenance requirements and the requirement for passengers to check in on time.

We are unable to make any special arrangements for you if you are delayed; these matters are at the sole discretion of the airline concerned.

In relation to flights, an infant must be under 2 years of age on the date of their return flight to be entitled to the infant fare level which is usually 10% of IATA's published fare.

Please note that where a sector of a flight itinerary is not utilized without contacting the carrier directly any remaining sectors may be subject to cancellation without further notification. Where this situation arises we are unable to accept responsibility for any costs incurred.

In accordance with EU regulations we are required to bring to your attention the existence of a 'Community list', which contains details of air carriers that are subject to an operating ban within the EU Community. The Community list is available for inspection at https://ec.europa.eu/transport/modes/air/safety/air-ban_en. We reserve the right to change the airline in the event that the airline is blacklisted under the EU regulations. Any changes to the actual airline after you have received your tickets will be notified to you as soon as possible and in all cases at check-in or at the boarding gate.

RECONFIRMING ALL FLIGHTS

You must telephone us or the airline at least 72 hours before the departure time shown on your ticket to confirm that there have been no changes. This applies to both outbound and return flights. We will not be liable for any additional costs due to your failure to reconfirm flights. Reconfirming your flight at least 72 hours before departure is a minimum requirement.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS CHECKING AND DISPATCH

Travel documents will be sent by email. It is your responsibility to check that all travel documents issued are correct. Any inaccuracies must be notified to us immediately. If you do not contact us immediately we cannot accept any liability and any changes may incur additional cost as applicable. Travel documents will not be sent until we receive the full payment in the cleared funds. Sending travel documents by post is subject to company's discretion and will involve additional cost. In the event of travel document lost or delayed in delivery, it will be your responsibility to pay additional expenses incurred by us to arrange and send duplicate travel documents. Late Bookings May also require Special/Courier delivery of documents in which case we will tell you the charges at the time of booking.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY

As we act only as a booking agent for the third party suppliers of your Individual Components, we have no liability if they are not deficient nor do we have any liability for loss, personal injury or death however incurred unless caused by our negligence.

JURISDICTION

This contract is governed by the English Law, and any dispute arising between the parties is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. You may, however, choose the law and jurisdiction of Scotland or Northern Ireland.

PRICE POLICY

The price of your booking is based on well-known costs and exchange rate at the time of booking. Price of your travel agreements are subject to surcharges and increases in transportation costs, scheduled airfares and any other airline surcharges due to part of the contract between airlines and Pepmytrip. Any Government action such as increasing VAT or any other Government imposed increases and currency exchange variation also reflect on the price of your booking.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds requests has to be submitted through email: [email protected] for any payments made online, depending on the cancellation policy your amount will be refunded. The Amount will be refunded to the Credit Card which was used at the time of online purchase.

Air ticket refunds are subject to a per ticket administration charge irrespective of the number of tickets for which refund is applied. You will be required to pay a per ticket cancellation charge imposed by the airline or the consolidator pursuant to their terms and conditions. There is no automatic right to a refund and, send us a cancellation request, we will forward it to the respective airline or consolidator to assess eligibility for a possible refund in accordance with the relevant airline's or consolidator's terms and conditions.

If a recoverable air ticket refund is less than the administration charge, the ticket will be deemed to be fully non-refundable. The above per ticket administration fee will also be levied on any non-refundable ticket where a tax refund application is made by us at your request and on your behalf. If the recoverable tax components for your ticket are less than the administration fee the ticket will be deemed to be fully non-refundable. Refunds will not be paid to you until they have been received by us from the relevant airline or consolidator. In the case of airline ticket refunds this is normally 4 to 5 weeks from the point your cancellation request is submitted for consideration to the airline

PRICE OF TRAVEL BOOKING

Price quotations are based on prevailing cost at the date of booking. Company has the liberty to change the prices at any time prior to the booking being confirmed. Once the booking has been confirmed you have to pay the balance. Company guaranteed the quoted price. Company cannot accept responsibility of verbal price quotations or descriptions. And Company has the authority to refuse any sole discretion bookings. When you make a booking you have the authority to accept. If you are booking more than one person, you are the responsible for complete payment from each and every member, whom you are making the booking on behalf of all members of your party and further.

DEPATURE TAXES

It is not always possible to include all departure taxes on your ticket(s). In some cases departure taxes must be paid by you locally to the Government of the country you are departing from and are non-refundable by us.

يجب عليك الاتصال بنا أو شركة الطيران قبل 72 ساعة على الأقل من موعد المغادرة على تذكرتك للتأكيد على عدم حدوث أي تغييرات. وهذا ينطبق على كل من رحلات الذهاب والعودة. لن نكون مسؤولين عن أي تكاليف إضافية بسبب عدم قيامك بإعادة تأكيد الرحلات. إعادة تأكيد رحلتك قبل 72 ساعة على الأقل من موعد المغادرة هو الحد الأدنى المطلوب.

فحص وثائق السفر والارسال

سيتم إرسال وثائق السفر عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني. تقع على عاتقك مسؤولية التحقق من صحة جميع وثائق السفر الصادرة. أي ملاحظو يجب أن يتم إافادتنا على الفور. إذا لم تتصل بنا على الفور ، لا يمكننا قبول أي مسؤولية ، وقد تحمل أي تغييرات تكلفة إضافية حسب الاقتضاء. لن يتم إرسال وثائق السفر حتى نتسلم الدفعة الكاملة في الأموال التي تم تطهيرها. يخضع إرسال مستندات السفر عن طريق البريد لتقدير الشركة وسيتضمن تكلفة إضافية. في حالة فقدان وثيقة السفر أو تأخرها في التسليم ، ستتحمل أنت مسؤولية دفع النفقات الإضافية التي تحملتها لنا لترتيب وإرسال وثائق سفر مكررة. الحجوزات المتأخرة قد تتطلب أيضًا تسليم مستندات خاصة / بريدية في هذه الحالة سنبلغك بالرسوم في وقت الحجز.

مسؤوليتنا

نظرًا لأننا نعمل فقط كعامل حجز لموردي الأطراف الثالثة لمكوناتك الفردية ، فإننا لا نتحمل أي مسؤولية إذا لم تكن ناقصًا كما أننا لا نتحمل أي مسؤولية عن الخسارة أو الإصابة الشخصية أو الوفاة مهما كلفنا ما لم يكن ذلك بسبب إهمالنا.

الاختصاص القضائي

تخضع الاتفاقية للقوانين السارية في المملكة العربية السعودية. أنت توافق على أن حل أي نزاع قد ينشأ بينهما وفقًا للشروط سيكون تحت السلطة القضائية الحصرية لمحاكم الرياض بالمملكة العربية السعودية.

سياسة الأسعار

يعتمد سعر الحجز على التكاليف المعروفة وسعر الصرف في وقت الحجز. تخضع أسعار اتفاقات السفر الخاصة بك لرسوم إضافية وزيادات في تكاليف النقل ، وتذاكر الطيران المجدولة وأي رسوم إضافية لشركات الطيران الأخرى بسبب جزء من العقد المبرم بين شركات الطيران و Pepmytrip. أي إجراء حكومي مثل زيادة ضريبة القيمة المضافة أو أي حكومة أخرى تفرض الزيادات وتغيير أسعار صرف العملات تعكس أيضا على سعر حجزك.

سياسة الاسترجاع

يجب إرسال طلبات استرداد الأموال عبر البريد الإلكتروني: [email protected] عن أي مدفوعات تتم عبر
الإنترنت ، اعتمادًا على سياسة الإلغاء ، سيتم رد المبلغ الخاص بك. سيتم استرداد المبلغ إلى بطاقة الائتمان التي تم استخدامها في وقت الشراء عبر الإنترنت.

تخضع عمليات استرداد قيمة تذاكر السفر الجوية لكل رسوم إدارية على التذاكر بغض النظر عن عدد التذاكر التي يتم استرداد المبلغ منها. سيُطلب منك دفع رسوم إلغاء التذكرة التي تفرضها شركة الطيران أو المدمِّن وفقًا لشروطها وشروطها. لا يوجد أي حق تلقائي في استرداد الأموال ، وإرسال طلب الإلغاء إلينا ، وسنرسله إلى شركة الطيران المعنية أو إلى جهة الدمج لتقييم مدى أهلية
استرداد الأموال وفقًا لشروط وأحكام شركة الطيران أو الدمج ذات الصلة.

إذا كان استرداد قيمة تذكرة طيران قابلة للاسترداد أقل من رسوم الإدارة ، فسيتم اعتبار التذكرة غير قابلة للاسترداد بالكامل. كما سيتم فرض رسوم الإدارة المذكورة أعلاه على أي تذكرة غير قابلة للاسترداد حيث يتم تقديم طلب استرداد الضرائب من جانبنا بناء على طلبك وبالنيابة عنك. إذا كانت المكونات الضريبية القابلة للاسترداد للتذكرة أقل من رسوم الإدارة ، فسيتم اعتبار التذكرة غير قابلة للاسترداد بالكامل. لن يتم دفع المبالغ المستردة لك حتى يتم استلامها من قبل شركة الطيران أو الموثق المعني. في حالة استرداد تذاكر الطيران ، عادة ما يكون ذلك من 4 إلى 5 أسابيع من تاريخ تقديم طلب الإلغاء الخاص بك إلى شركة الطيران.

سعر حجز السفر

تعتمد عروض الأسعار على التكلفة السائدة في تاريخ الحجز. الشركة لديها الحرية في تغيير الأسعار في أي وقت قبل تأكيد الحجز. بمجرد تأكيد الحجز يجب عليك دفع الرصيد. شركة مضمونة السعر المعروض. لا تتحمل الشركة مسؤولية أسعار أو وصفات الأسعار الشفهية. وتمتلك الشركة سلطة رفض أي حجز حصري. عند إجراء الحجز ، لديك سلطة قبول. إذا كنت تقوم بحجز أكثر من شخص واحد ، فأنت مسؤول عن الدفع الكامل من كل عضو ، الذي تقوم بالحجز نيابة عن جميع أعضاء حزبك وأكثر من ذلك.

ضرائب المغادرة

لا يمكن دائمًا تضمين جميع ضرائب المغادرة على تذكرتك (تذاكرك). في بعض الحالات ، يجب أن تدفع ضرائب المغادرة من قبلك محليًا إلى حكومة البلد الذي تغادر منه وغير قابل للاسترداد من جانبنا.
